After 15 years of one-on-one mentoring conversations with women across mining, resources, and heavy industry, the same patterns kept appearing. I kept having the same conversations. Amplify X Momentum is how I scale them. Every insight from those conversations, every framework that worked, every moment of clarity that changed a career trajectory, distilled into a decision system that works at any moment, for any woman navigating a complex environment.
